Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Ameluxe Detailing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
2. Services
Ameluxe Detailing provides mobile car detailing services throughout Ipswich and surrounding areas, Queensland. The specific services included in each package are outlined on our Services page. We reserve the right to modify service inclusions with reasonable notice.
3. Bookings & Deposits
All bookings require a deposit at the time of scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable unless Ameluxe Detailing cancels the appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours notice will be accommodated where possible at no additional charge.
5. Access & Vehicle Condition
You must ensure the vehicle and service location are accessible at the scheduled time. Ameluxe Detailing is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access. Excessively soiled vehicles (e.g. biohazard, animal waste, extreme mould) may incur additional charges or be declined.
6. Water & Power Supply
As a mobile detailing service, Ameluxe Detailing requires access to a standard garden tap (water supply) and a 240V power outlet at the service location. The client is responsible for ensuring these utilities are available and functional at the scheduled time. If water or power is unavailable upon arrival, the service may be rescheduled or cancelled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
7. Liability
Ameluxe Detailing takes great care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or issues arising from vehicle condition prior to service. Any concerns regarding the service must be raised within 24 hours of completion.
8. Weather & Conditions
In the event of extreme weather conditions that prevent safe service delivery, Ameluxe Detailing reserves the right to reschedule the appointment. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.
9. Payments
We accept payment via credit/debit card through our secure Stripe-powered checkout. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Receipts will be issued upon payment.
10. Changes to Terms
Ameluxe Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
