When does my first visit happen?
We'll contact you within 48 hours to schedule your first visit, typically within 1 week of purchase.
Can I reschedule a visit?
Yes! Just call us on 0413 459 771 or reply to your reminder email and we'll find a new time that suits you.
What if I move address?
No problem — as long as your new address is within our service area (Ipswich & surrounds), we'll update your details.
Do unused visits roll over?
Visits are scheduled quarterly throughout the year. If you need to defer a visit due to illness or travel, just let us know in advance.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-year?
Contact us and we'll calculate a pro-rata upgrade to a higher plan.
